Conococheague Manor

โ€œConococheague Manor,โ€ named by the homeโ€™s builder, George Ross, in 1764, is an elegant, historic, colonial home that has been redesigned fo...r modern day, intimate affairs. Nestled in the heart of Williamsport, Maryland, Conococheague Manor was once home to Rossโ€™s brother-in-law, Revolutionary War General and Founder of Williamsport, Otho Holland Williams. The town is near the I-81 and I-70 interchange and is just minutes away from West Virginia and Pennsylvania state lines. It is also conveniently accessible to those in the metropolitan areas of Maryland and Virginia.

You will find that a tranquil ambiance graces this magnificent 7,000-square foot hidden gem. It is on a private, wooded property located directly next to The Barn at Springfield Farm, a popular, larger-scale event venue. The Manor features two fully-functioning kitchens, two dining rooms (one formal), a grand, all-occasion room, several common areas, two large, covered porches, four bedrooms, four baths, two dressing rooms and a beautiful wooded front and back yard that can also be used for small, intimate affairs.

Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the C&O National Park and canal, Potomac River, and Conococheague Creek, all of which are within walking distance of the Manor. Other nearby attractions found throughout the tri-state area include a wide-array of golf courses, wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is also a great deal of historical landmarks to be explored in the surrounding areas, including Double Day Hill and the Antietam Battlefield.
