2026 POLAR BEAR PLUNGE December 8, 2025 Kick off the new year with a refreshing adventure—take the plunge into the icy waters of the Potomac River! Before joining in, we encourage all participants to check with their physician to ensure they’re ready for this exhilarating experience. You can print, sign, and return your WAIVER ahead of time, or simply complete it when you arrive. The only optional cost is a commemorative T-shirt, available exclusively on the day of the event. Festivities begin around 11 a.m. with a cozy bonfire, warm drinks available for purchase, and plenty of time to connect with friends and neighbors—all building up to Plunge Time at noon!
